About Janet Snyder

Janet Snyder was raised in Sikeston, MO. After graduation, she moved to Memphis TN and worked with the Memphis Police Department. Her first husband was in the Navy so they moved to Mountain View CA, then Jacksonville Fl where the had 2 beautiful children. As a family, they moved to Kaneohe Hawaii and enjoyed island life for 5 years. Upon retirement, they settled in NWA. They literally threw a dart!

While in Hawaii, Janet graduated from Chaminade University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in History. She worked at Fayetteville Public Schools for 20 years as an account manager for FHS and met some truly amazing people and fell in love with NWA.

She met her husband Richard in 2015. He was/is a home builder so it seemed natural for her to get her real estate license. They have built some beautiful homes but nothing gives them more pride than developing their own subdivision in Prairie Grove. Janet enjoys meeting all the new homebuyers and especially loves working with first time buyers. There is something special when you help them find their first home.

She has been at Smith and Associates Real Estate Services for many years and looks forward to many more!
