Evan McGinnis

I’ve been lucky enough to have a career in helping other people’s dreams come true since 2011.

I love serving the Northwest Arkansas area. It is a beautiful place to live. I’ve never been anywhere else that has such a balance of beauty, culture, entertainment and affordability.

When I am not working, I enjoy being outside. I love hiking around this pretty part of the state! I am also a big sports fan (Go Hogs!) and love to tailgate at razorback games!

I chose Smith and Associates because we, as a company, focus on what matters. I try to do my best in simplifying a complex process for my buyers and sellers. I am constantly trying to improve the way I serve my clients and am always happy to help anyway I can!
