Jason Smith was awesome to work with! He exceeded our expectations during the whole process. We were having to make decisions from 800 miles away so it definitely was a relief knowing we could trust him and he had our best interests in mind during the process. We ended up building and Jason kept us continually updated and even sent pictures and videos. Jason is so patient and easy to talk to, I never felt like I couldn't ask a ton of questions! Not your average realtor! Jason made it very clear he was more concerned about my well-being than about selling a house to me. As a matter of fact, he discouraged me from a particular home because he thought the street was too busy for me and my young son. I'm a single mom and having a realtor I could trust to help me with such a huge decision (that I was making on my own) was a very big deal. He was also very patient with my pickiness and my streak of bad luck where the sellers kept backing out of our deals. He even prayed over a contract with me! I highly recommend!!!
